The Warwickshire School Nursing Service (Connect for Health) will be changing from December 1st 2025, and merging with the Health Visiting Service to create one integrated 0-19 Public Health Nursing Service (up to 25 for young people with SEND) in Warwickshire. As part of this transition, the service will shortly be transferring to a new provider - HCRG Care Group.
