Authorised Pupil Collection
From September 2017 we will be adopting a new system for the collection of children from school. For safeguarding purposes you will need to have a completed Authorised Pupil Collection Sheet in place for your child.
This list does not replace your emergency contact list/data collection information - it is simply a list of people who you think might collect your child from school for you. It could include grandparents, aunts, uncles, your friends or parents of your children’s friends. It can be updated at any time in person or by sending in a new signed form. We will not take amendments over the telephone and will not permit children to leave with someone who is not showing on your list – so please ensure you keep your form up to date.
