My child has been offered a place what happens next?

If you have been offered a place at our school we will ask for the following forms to be completed and returned to the office for processing prior to your child starting.  Once we are in receipt of these we can then discuss a start date with you,

The forms are provided in word and pdf format please use whichever suits you best.

Year 5 - New Starters

We are aware that some of our new year 5 children may have received their offer during the summer break.  As the school office is unmanned during this period please find below our induction process.

As soon as you have accepted your offer

Please complete the above forms and email them along with a photo (head & shoulders) of your child to admissions2616@welearn365.com

Monday 2 September 2.00pm-3.00pm

There will be an induction session, where you can meet Miss Morris our Year 5 Teacher and Mrs Basnett our Head.

Tuesday 3 September - School Starts

Our normal school day is 8.45am-3.15pm, however we would ask that you arrive at 9.30am on this first day.

Once you have completed your forms and are returning them via email, we would be grateful if you could also confirm in the message whether or not you will be attending the visit on the 2nd and due to the slightly later start on the 3rd we would ask you to include your child's meal choice for the day. 

Red: Beef Bolognaise with Garlic Bread

Green: Veggie Plant Burger in High Fibre Bun with Diced Potatoes

Blue: Roast Chicken bap

For your information, moving forward pupils self register and make their meal choice on arrival.
