My child has been offered a place what happens next?
If you have been offered a place at our school we will ask for the following forms to be completed and returned to the office for processing prior to your child starting (email or post). Once we are in receipt of these we can then discuss a start date with you.
The forms are provided in word and pdf format please use whichever suits you best.
Along with the forms can you also email a photograph of your child (head and shoulders) to include on their pupil records.
